Vehicle Detail

This is your chance to get a 1979 Chevy Camaro Z-28 which is in very good condition with very little modifications. Could be restored and be a show car with a little bit of work. Here's all the details! 04D code built 4th Week of April 1979 N code Built in Norwood, OH. Interior code 24R = Light Blue Vinyl Seats. Lower and Upper Paint code 22L 22U = Light Blue Exterior. Original 15x7 Wheels, with caps and beauty rings, painted charcoal grey. N code original 350 engine with 4 Barrel Carb (175hp, 270lb trq) Verified Z28 trim code. TurboHydramatic 350 transmission 3.42:1 Limited-Slip Rear. Accell Supercoil and wires. Original catalytic converter is still there with Flowmaster mufflers added, original style Camaro tail pipes with turn ups. Simulated "rope wrapped" steering wheel. Some weatherstripping has been replaced as necessary. Clock was replaced with an oil pressure gauge. It has a basic 1980's AM/FM/Cassette Radio in it now. It has replacement carpet and is in very good shape. It also has sound-reducing DynoMat underneath! Dashboard was either taken care of very well or is a replacement also, no cracks. It has a near perfect body with very little rust. Underside was undercoated and taken care of over the years. I looked under the rear seats and above the glove box to find the build sheet and have not found it yet. There is a chance it's tucked up above the gas tank since it's a Norwood built car. I don't know the exact history of this car due to the previous owner passing, but I know from his wife that it was re-painted in the mid 90's, the engine and transmission were both rebuilt before his purchase. Engine oil was changed recently and the transmission fluid looks great! The Air Conditioning has been retrofited to R-134a and works good. Very rare to find one of these cars with working A/C. I have 3 out of the 4 center hubcaps, were removed and not installed before pictures were taken. See 2nd to last picture. I've put the original 15x7 wheels with 70 series Cooper Tires back on the car due to a flat rear tire. I have the second set of older style Vette Rally wheels with the large chrome center cap which is being sold separately. Two have 1968 code DC 15x6 3.5 backspacing wheel with 225/65-15 tires for the front and two are 1970 code AZ 15x8 4" backspacing with 265/50-15 tires(one rear tire is bad). See last picture. If you are local to the area, please contact me to come see the car and take a test ride! If you aren't local, don't be afraid to come drive this home. Overall a nice classic muscle car that has gotten a lot of attention when I've taken it out and is fun to drive. Here is a virtual test drive for you, sorry my phone cut off at 1 minute http://youtu.be/nq-TcQiZ4qQ and a video of the engine and exhaust http://youtu.be/MFtxiPToOq4 Thanks!
