1978 W87 Pontiac Trans Am for sale! 400 Big block Pontiac fully rebuilt professionally, with rebuilt original 4 speed manual transmission. It is a Hurst T top, with the honeycomb grill and wheels sitting on 50's. These cars are very rare, and even more so in the valley, in good condition for a restoration project. The car was originally stripped down for the quarter mile, so does not have ac unit, but all original wiring is still in tact. I have been trying to fix for my son but, do not have the time anymore. I have also been updating the interior for a more modern feel, but still American muscle. The car has some rust areas around the back window and around the lower parts of the quarter panels. The floor boards need work, and I would recommend sub frame connectors to stabilize. The biggest problem is the passenger door, which needs to be replaced. Other than basic up keep such as oil change and wheel alignments, the car runs great!! All parts can be found at classicindustries.com, for the restoration. The car runs great, and is a great father-son project car. Anyone who has these cars shouldn't and wont sell them locally, but I have owned the vehicle for the last 10 years, but do not have time to finish restoration. Between work, kids and school, not enough time, so I would really like to see the car go to a good owner. I am asking $4,000, but I lost title in the move between homes, so any reasonable offer will be considered. Title is not a problem, I would be happy to complete all needed paperwork to transfer the car to the new owner. $4,000 or best offer, may consider strait up trade if car is running and in the area,
