This car does start. It has wear and tear here and there. The car is AS-IS. I want to get rid of it very fast. Please conatct me is you have any questions or concerns. The tires have about 50% thread life on them. The rims are about 1 year old. Everything in the picture is legitamite. The handles on the passenger side outside has been broken.
