1979 Honda CBX

This is an older restoration of an awesome CBX. The vehicle is in good mechanical condition including a new chain, brakes have been gone through, new tires etc... The only thing I would do mechanically, is replace the fork seals. Even though the engine was professionally rebuilt, the bike does burn some oil. It was stored with fuel stabilizer, but idles a bit rough. It may just be a matter of running fresh gas through it. New battery. EXTRAS Priority plus full time rear running lights, stainless brake lines, drilled rotors, heated grips, euro tail kit, custom leather covered seat, The body and gas tank show signs of wear/ rub marks as one would see on a restored bike that was ridden on a regular basis (see photos) Keep in mind that some of the photos are highly magnified. I get compliments on how clean this bike is all the time. The bike is in great shape, but is not perfect. This bike is almost all original, with the original air box. The bike has always been a good runner with none of the running problems associated with air box removal/ velocity stacks
