Vehicle Detail
2001 Dodge Durango - 4.7L engine - 3rd Row Seating - 4X4 - 155,303 miles Burgundy Dodge Durango, 2001. 4 Wheel Drive. Tow Hitch. 3rd Row Seating. Cruise Control & Tilt Steering. Power Locks & Seats. Driver & Passenger Airbags. Am/FM-Cassette-CD Radio. 155,303 miles. Clear Title. No Reserve on the auction & we are open to offers to Buy It Now. Get a great truck for the winter for a bargain price! ***Front has some paint missing from bumper & grille (see pics). Drivers Door has dent (see pics). Passenger side Rear Back Wing Window is missing (see pic) but I have the window, it just needs to be installed. Inside is in good shape, no rips or tears in the upholstery. Carpets are in good condition. A good detail/cleaning would make it look amazing. Please look at pics so you can see for yourself. Runs & Drives but has a miss in the motor. We believe the miss is due to a burnt valve or a bad valve seat which are common problems with this 4.7L engine in these vehicles.*** The miss isn't that big of an issue but we don't have the time or the motivation to fix it anymore, we just want to get our money back. We are a transmission repair shop. I actually bought the vehicle for my little sister since it was an SUV & 4x4 so that she would have a vehicle large enough for her & the kids that she could use this winter living here in WV. She was staying with us temporarily while going through some marital problems & she couldn't take either of the vehicles since they were in her husbands name & he wouldn't allow her to . We bought the Durango for her, brought it to our shop to get it inspected & on the road. I come home the next day & she has left to go back to her husband. Then I find out that they actually picked up & moved to Texas because he plans to get a job working at an oil refinery or some such thing. Anyway, Sorry for the rambling. Long story short, now we just want to sell the Durango & get it out of our way. We are a really busy transmission shop & we try to stay away from general repair since it's not as profitable. We just don't have the time or the spare manpower to fix it. It will make someone a great vehicle but we no longer have any use for it. I cannot emphasize enough that we want to get rid of this vehicle, all reasonable offers considered. Vehicle is being sold as is, where is. If you are local or want to come look at it & drive it, feel free to do so. $500 deposit is due within 48 hours of auction close via PayPal. If there is any remaining balance it can also be paid via PayPal if you choose or can be paid in cash when the vehicle is picked up. We will not hold the vehicle for longer than a week unless arrangements are made Prior to purchase/auction end. If you have plans to have the vehicle shipped or towed than that will be your responsibility. We are not offering delivery. We do know a towing company that has very reasonable rates if you are within a couple hundred mile or so range but any further than that I would suggest a shipping company. Please email with any questions. Thanks!
