Up for sale is a original solid 1966 impala 2dr hard top. This a 3 owner car and has been preserved very well over the years. It is an original 68 thousand mile car. The original motor and trans have been rebuilt and currently have 3 miles at most, which run very smoothly. The motor updates are an accell distributor, mild cam, and has 305 heads with everything else new around it. The suspension is stock and has newer bushings on the front end, new brake lines, gas lines, and brakes. The interior is all original and is in decent daily driver condition except the front seat has more wear and tear. The headliner is in excellent condition and is in original condition. The floor pans, trunk pans, and frame are solid. The body is very solid also and the little body work needed has been completed. It has new passenger rear quarter panel, which was only replaced due to waves in the panel. It also has a new trunk deck lid panel, which was replaced because the car had an original black vinyl top. both panels still need a little work to be ready for paint. The car is a a!c car and has the rare original flasher blinker option also. This car was manufactured in the St. Louis Chevrolet factory. It was originally a white car, red interior,white headliner with a black vinyl to to accommodate it. I have everything to the car.
