A 1958 Fiat 1200 TV spider that has been owned by the same person for well over 25 years that has been stored in a dry garage ,originally found in a barn this solid car other that some typical surface rust from age and a couple of small areas of perforation has been carefully maintained and is in current running and driving state. A car that would be a great candidate for a Concours restoration, solid under body and mechanics.Chrome is mostly there with some bad spots and in very good condition ,top frame is complete but needs new materials, seats are solid with original seat vinyl under recovered replacement .Motor is complete and runs strong with no smoking, 4 speed transmission shifts smoothly, new relined brakes and hoses.No known electrical issues ,retains original hubcaps and trim rings ( for 1958 only) with correct size tires and wheels.Some dents and dings,one gouge to the rear sheet metal near the rear bumper, mileage is unknown.This model year was the first to have improved performance with the 1200cc motor and revised dash by the important Italian designer Pininfarina and the last year of the body designed by Fabio Luigi Rapi ,one unusual feature are the swivel seats that turn for better egress and exit,this is one car that grabs peoples attention and has a record of future appreciating values .
