You are bidding on a nice complete 1969 triumph tiger. I recently purchased it from a man who found it in a barn, cleaned it up and got it running. It starts fairly easily, but does like most triumphs leaks oil. This is a nice complete numbers matching bike, I would recommend going thru it and making it perfect. But you could ride it as is at your own risk. The rear brakes are out of it and the chain guard is of, but all parts are included. the mufflers are MIA. This is the 650 triumph with a single carb, works better than the Bonneville and is easier to keep tuned up. Since getting the bike, I have cleaned it up some more and put new tank badges on it, because they look better that way. There are many photos, look at them and bid accordingly. I do Have a MA title, actually it is in the mail from the RMV, expect it any time. 1969 TRIUMPH TR6 BY THE NUMBERS For the first time ever, a Triumph TR6 was called a "Tiger". In fact the entire 1969 Triumph TR6 model lineup were all Triumph Tigers & would remain so for the rest of its life. Interestingly however, Triumph workers at the Meriden factory continued to refer to the TR6 as a Trophy for many years. The individual 1969 Triumph Tiger models were the standard TR6, TR6R roadster, TR6C street scrambler with high pipes & the TR6P for Police work.
