your bidding on a 1940 packard 110 sedan that needs restoration. it is a california car bought new at spikard auto center co, 8-29-1940 in sacremento calif. i am abouth the fourth owner. it was restored in the 80's. it has sat in a barn for the last 13 years. it now needs to be restored again. the engine was rebuilt when it was restored in LA. it still runs but has a rod bearing knock. so it will have to have the oil pan removed and see what the problem is. the brakes still work and it holds antifreeze. it was driven till the year 2000 by the owners i bought from, they parked it because of the rod noise. it is 99% rust free. solid floors. look close at the pictures and make sure you know what your buying. could make a cool rat rod. the gas tank needs to be cleaned. it will run. email me with any questions you have. i will be glad to tell you all i know about the car. i bought it last spring to make a driver out of it but i have no time to work on it. if you have less than 15 positive feedbacks please contact me before you bid, if you dont i will cancel your bid. thanks
