1961 volkswagen 15 window bus..rare..I've owned this bus for about 15 years now its time to sell. This bus is very clean, very solid, no rust. It needs finishing. i have a binder with over $7,000.00 in receipts that the previous owner spent while starting the restoration.It has new cargo floors, new battery tray, etc. the underside is gloss black chassis paint zero rust. engine bay also very clean zero rust. nose is clean, straight and zero rust. needs drivers dogleg, and jack points welded in.(dogleg, and jack points included). At one time it had a camper pop top the pop top is gone but the opening in the roof for the pop top is still there and will have to be welded in. no middle seat, but comes with a z bed for a middle seat. Comes with: front and rear bumper, all glass including corner glass, jail bars, restored speedo, hella tail lights, all deluxe trim, vent trim, bumper trim and rubber inserts, headlights assemblies, bullet turn signals, front seats, rear seat with aluminum trim, 5 correct clean,straight wheels, all window frames including 2 extra. most of the parts it comes with everything in the pics. i didnt take pics of all the nuts and bolts, but i believe most of the stuff is there. I believe the bus is close to being ready for paint, most of the hard work is done. This bus is very clean, straight , and rust free. i tried taking alot of pics. they speak for themselves. the underside is clean and painted chassis black. its very hard to get rid of this bus cause i know i will never find one this clean again. I believe this bus to be an excellent base for a very cool, very rare show bus, just needs finishing. This bus will be a real head turner anywhere you go. You can leave it in primer, or finish and have a real nice bus. 15 windows are getting very hard to find, so don't let this one pass you by. Ask any questions you might have..Sold as is. Clean title.
