2006 LAND ROVER LR3, RESERVE SET 20% BELOW RETAIL! Dealer installed rear DVD, Running Boards, Ladder, Front Brush Guard and Driving Lamps cost at least $5000.00 for us to install at dealer may be even closer to $8000.00 . It is most likely these were added at the time of original purchase. This vehicle was bought by me, from the Land Rover dealer that I work at. The vehicle needed suspension work and had some other minor issues, brakes, etc. I replaced front control arms, replaced all-terrain control module, and performed four-wheel alignment, replaced front and rear differential fluids, fully detailed ,leather deep cleaned and conditioned, Carpet Shampooed . I replaced front brakes and refinished rotors, replaced O2 sensor and did complete overview and extended test driving to ensure no issues present. Just before trade-in, the customer had us replace spark plugs, pollen filter, engine oil and filter, as well as, rotate tires. This is approx. 3500.00 dollars worth of repairs to bring this vehicle back to like new condition! About the Technician/Seller: I am a currently employed as a Certified Land Rover Technician with 7 years Land Rover, Jaguar Dealer Experience. I am ASE Advanced Level Certified Technician with over 15 years total infield experience, early years spent in independent shops working on all vehicle, 8 Years spent in Transmission based shops as Main Diagnostic Tech and at times built Transmissions and Drivelines. 2 years spent at Hot Rod shop in California doing thing from custom fabrication to Paint and body and many other things. I build / recondition my cars to my standards , standards that are above most dealers and private sellers, unless otherwise noted. Front Brakes are new: Approx 10mm. Rear Brakes at new spec: Approx 8mm Tires are Approx. 7/32 in front; and 5/32 in rear. On Oct-04-13 at 17:05:25 PDT, seller added the following information: Still have not met reserve, we are at $7200. I have been driving the LR3 and checking things and making repairs as needed. I cleaned and cleared sunroof drains as yesterday it rained hard and showed signs of clogging. I checked all wiring that maybe affected by clogged drains and cleaned and repositioned. Cleaned throttle blade and performed fuel injection cleaning to get smooth idle like day it was built. My wife and I like this truck and if reserve is not met or serious offers do not come I may be listing a 2004 BMW X5. We love the DVD player it comes over the sound system in the truck, also has Sirrus as I may not have posted before but had seen today. You can buy someone else's for less, but to get all the extras I have and you will probably get a clunky banging POS with all the issues I already fixed I say good luck to you.
