What I have here is a Prime Example of a 60's Ford Classic....... The Thunderbird. This car has it's original owners manual an states It was first sold at DOWNTOWN FORD SALES in Los Angeles Ca. on 2/2/1963. Has a rebuilt 390 with a Edelbrock aluminum intake and carburetor, automatic trans, air-cond but believe the compressor is locked up. Power brakes, power steering, power windows, swing-away steering and powder blue paint ( which is a repaint ). This car runs very strong and can be driven anywhere. It has current registration in California. A set of rear wheel skirts come with the car but need to be painted the same color as the car. Of course this car is 50 years old and can use some attention here and there, but shows well and still gets the thumbs up when driven !!!. This is a great car and is just like what we rode in as kids !!!! This car is being sold as-is where-is and we reserve the right to end this auction early, do to it being listed elsewhere. Please ask your questions !!!!!On Oct-01-13 at 11:06:08 PDT, seller added the following information: Addional info, the exterior radio antenna had been broken off so a replacement is in the trunk. The radio appears not to work or this can be due to the antenna, however it does light up. This vehicle doesn't look like it has been wrecked but there is some filler on the quarter just before the wheel well. As I stated the car has a repaint, looks good and shiny.
