Up for auction is a very clean 1966 Ford Mustang convertible showing 33k miles and finished in Silver Blue Metallic with a white interior and top. This car recently had a new 289 engine installed which I have some of the receipts and the warranty papers for. This car runs and drives exceptionally well. It has the Ford cruise-o-matic automatic transmission. All gauges and lights are functional and work as they should. The body is very clean and solid. The floor pans are solid as well. There was some patch work underneath that was done professionally and looks great. The trunk is solid and has an original style trunk mat. The top is in good shape but does have a couple pin holes on the back corners where the rear bow sits, they are tiny and do not warrant a top replacement. It is a manual top. The interior is in excellent condition with a very nice dash and upholstery. It has a Sony stereo in dash, a nice aftermarket center console and seat belts front and back. Overall it's super clean and very nice. The paint is in great shape and has a classic Mustang look especially with the Chrome steel styled wheels. No major blemishes just a few small bubbles showing on the bottom of the driver’s door and bottom of the quarter panel but they are not too bad. The chrome and trim are very nice also. This is a great running and driving car you can respectably take to local shows or cruises and enjoy yourself. Take advantage of this opportunity as they very seldom come up.
