Vehicle Detail
You are bidding on a very rare 1973 Ford Mustang Mach I Fastback featuring a number of desirable factory options, including the following: -Mach I package-Q code 351C Cobra Jet 4v high performance engine w/4-bolt mains-4 speed manual transmission-Tachometer and auxiliary gauge package-Sport Deck fold-down rear seat-Rear deck lid spoiler-Bright Red paint with black Mach I stripes-Power steering-Power brakes-9" Nodular rear end-Standard black interior The car is rolling/steering/braking project. It still wears the original paint, interior, etc. The engine is the correct casting, date code, and has 4-bolt main bearing caps. Same with the correct 4v Cobra Jet heads, and crank. I do not have the rods and pistons. The correct Toploader transmission, flywheel, and bellhousing are still with the car. Block, heads, transmission, and various other parts are out of the car but come with the car. The Marti Report is included to verify authenticity. There is some minor rust in the floors, all of which is fixable with small patches; no full panel replacements needed. The car overall is very sound and worthy of restoration. I've owned a dozen '71-'73 era Mach I's and this is as good as it gets; she'll be gorgeous restored. You may call me directly at 360-936-9257 to discuss the car, payment, shipping, etc. Please be prepared to remit payment in full via bank wire transfer within 3 business days of auction end. I can also accept PayPal if that makes things easier for you. While every effort is being made to accurately describe the vehicle, it is a 40-year-old classic project and being sold as-is, without guarantee or warranty expressed, written, or implied. Shipping is the full responsibility of the buyer. I will make myself and the vehicle available for pickup, loading, etc. I also have a 1971 Mach I M-code 351C 4v four-speed runner/driver project potentially available for more money.
