The documented maintenance records for this pickup is quite extensive (1969-2003) The first hand written ledger runs from 8 June 1969 (29,770 miles) through 25 May 1988 (73,085 miles) This ledger tracked Date, Gas Filled, Oil, Lube, Repairs, Cost, Odometer, MPG, Accessories ad Miscellaneous, Cost, Food, and Total Cost These 200 separate entries included items such as gas, oil, lube, antennas, propane, gauges, filters, valves jobs, gaskets, fluids, shocks, alignments, tire balancing, and trips Trips to Shelton, WA and British Columbia. This ledger also includes the new engine entry which goes with the pictured Ford Authorized Remanufactured Products Limited Warranty. This Warranty is for a Ford Remanufactured Engine installed on April 10, 1980 at 64,903 miles. The first ledger's last entry was on 25 May 1988 (73,085 miles). The second ledger began with "Bought 9 Sept 1988 from "name" (2nd owner) This ledger begins with part numbers for: front shoes, wipers, all 4 wheel cylinders, front wheels seals, front axle bearings, inner race(s), outer bearing(s), master cylinder, rear axle bearings, inner race(s), outer bearing(s), seals, rear shoes. This is the last mileage written in the ledger on the original odometer. A new odometer was put in that today reads 22,901. This puts the total original documented miles at 112,012. The last entry in the second ledger was on 4-8-03 at 7,742 miles (new odometer). As you can see, there is a great deal of history written down on this pickup! Net H.P.: 135 R.P.M.: 3800 D.S.O. 74 The cab on this pickup is super solid. The body lines are straight and everything lines up great and shuts tight. There are only 2 body/paint issues. There is some minor paint bubbling above the drip rails on the cab. Then there are 4 quarter sized spots that you can see in the pictures where the front of the hood meets the grill. The paint is faded here, possibly from some past emblems or badges. Other than this, the body is awesome with no cancer or rust. The entire pickup was gone through and restored/modified with newer running gear in 1993 with just over 22,000 miles on the restoration. The cab was painted inside and out in addition to painting the frame, and engine bay. The interior was also redone at this time and still looks awesome. This pickup drives like a dream and I would not be afraid to fly in and drive it home across the county. It is sitting on 6 Goodyear Wrangler AT/S LT 235/85R16 tires which look almost brand new.
