This vehicle is one of those rare, original cars that is everything a Fleetwood Brougham should be. NO ACCIDENTS, NO RUST, NO BODY WORK, NO FLOOD DAMAGE, NO MOLD, NO SMELLS, NON-SMOKER ... NO EXCUSES. This car is so clean and rock solid, you might think it came from the western part of the USA, like Arizona, Nevada, or even the deep south, such as Florida where rust is rare. I will gladly provide any undercarriage pictures requested. I did not put them on the main listing only because there were too many other key areas that need to be shown. 59,600 original milesClean, unbranded PA title in hand, in my name. You must get a quote specific to your needs in writing from a reputable auto shipper. uShip can be a good tool to get lower prices, but you'll have to submit your request early to give shippers enough time to see and respond to your listing with their lowest bid. I will be available to answer any questions you have during the auction. If you are unsure of ANYTHING, please call me before bidding. A winning bidder who does not agree to carry out their part of the transaction forfeits their deposit in full. See payment instructions. If you bring a check, you will not get the car released in your name unless the funds clear my bank. Deposit must be submitted as soon as possible after auction ends. Buyer responsible for all shipping and pick-up arrangements. One final word on our great country and it's cars... These flagship automobiles were manufactured in the tradition of superior domestic craftsmanship in Arlington, Texas...the culmination of technological advancement with timeless, distinctly American style. Large, luxurious, confident, and built to last. Built just before Cadillac succumbed to the pressure of import designs, these sedans were only produced until 1996 when GM discontinued this most prestigious model, the Fleetwood Brougham. I dedicate this auction to all active duty, retired, and veteran military personnel who defend the true American way of life. Because of their dedication and sacrifice, we can enjoy our freedoms to the fullest, including being able to drive our country's superhighways and scenic routes. Every bid is a salute the Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, and Marines! THANK YOU! On Sep-19-13 at 21:32:55 PDT, seller added the following information: Comes with a full-size polished aluminum spare from the factory. This was an option for Broughams, exactly the same as the other four wheels pictured. On Sep-20-13 at 10:02:02 PDT, seller added the following information: Note: This car hasn't even been detailed yet. Imagine what it will look like with a fresh coat of wax! Also comes with the two (2) original keyless entry remote controls, original gold keys, and two extra sets of keys. Very nice to have since this vehicle is equipped with GM's PassKey system which requires a "chipped" key in order to start the engine. Oil change was just done last month, along with a complete Pennsylvania safety and emissions inspection that passed with flying colors! On Sep-21-13 at 00:15:48 PDT, seller added the following information: Response to many questions about rust, reserve price, and general condition: The reserve is private and will not be disclosed unless a bidder meets or exceeds it. The reason is simple. This is an extraordinary car in all respects. Dozens of questions have been coming in about the reserve price and general condition of the car. The majority of your concerns lie with rust. Of course, there have been a select few who wanted to see pictures of the cracked dash, small tear in the driver's seat, and the very minor ding on the passenger's side, but let's be realistic here. With a car of this condition, those things, although present, don't have any significant bearing on the overall value. Ladies and gentleman, let me set the record straight on this right now: No rust means exactly that. No rust. I understand there are plenty of those who are concerned about rotted brake lines, rocker panel corrosion, floor pan integrity, frame rust, wheel wells, the edges of the hood and bottom of trunk lid, bottom of door skins where the metal folds over on itself, door jambs, particularly where the front and rear door jambs meet in a central location at the bottom, the radiator support, cross members, gas tank straps, trunk floor, and last but not least, the oil pan. Basically any kind of rust that is a safety or cosmetic concern is NON-EXISTENT. The drivetrain is silky smooth, tight, quiet, and very powerful. No oil burning, fluid leaks on the ground, or other issues. Steering is speed-sensitive and Cadillac smooth. Exhaust is tight with all factory provisions in place. Braking is very confident with a solid pedal, no fade, and no vibration. The suspension provides agile cornering for the car's gigantic size and gives all occupants the feeling of riding on a cloud down the expressway, as it was America's largest regular production sedan for many, many years. Bottom line: Anyone who truly knows what to look for when buying one of these limited production cars knows this is a stunning example of Cadillac history. No excuses. Period. On Sep-22-13 at 18:15:35 PDT, seller added the following information: Over the weekend...UPDATE! I want to keep all of you informed on this car. I've had the pleasure of speaking to numerous bidders and other interested parties from all over the country, from Minnesota to Maryland, New York to California. Thanks again for all your interest and input. An interesting question came from a member in Maryland. He asked "How much did this car cost brand new in 1995?" He guessed at $15,000. He was a little bit off. This Fleetwood Brougham, with all it's options, was priced at $42,000. Yes, that's right. $42,000 (plus tax and extra fees which averages to be a whopping $5,000 depending on where you live). Then he asked, "How much of that was just because it's a Cadillac, or was it really worth that much?" I can tell you without question that in today's market of extremely expensive new vehicles, this car was really worth every penny of $42,000 in back in 1995. It represents the kind of build strength and quality that you'll never, ever see again in any Cadillac. This car weighs in at 4500 pounds. There's all the proof you need! I guarantee this car to be exactly as described. Feel free to start the process of submitting substantially higher bids. If the car meets or exceeds the reserve price, there will be a winning bidder. Don't hesitate to bid because I am sure of two things: 1.) The winning bidder will be ecstatic the moment they win and when they finally see it in their own driveway. This is one purchase you'll be proud of forever because it represents the very best of what eBay has to offer in terms of a superior car, honest representation, an appreciative seller, and I promise you nothing but a perfect buyer experience. 2.) The bidder who comes in second place will be upset asking themselves why they didn't bid just a little higher to snatch it up for themselves. Don't wind up getting second place. This is one car you don't want to lose. In short, it's worth a good old fashioned bidding war! Arm up, and get your high bids in there! Stay with it until the very end on Tuesday 9/24 at 6:00 pm! Thank you! God Bless America! We will not stumble, we will not falter, we will not fail! Don't forget our armed forces at home and abroad! On Sep-23-13 at 16:59:45 PDT, seller added the following information: Q: What radio is in the car? A: There is a premium Pioneer AM/FM stereo w/ CD player and Auxiliary input for your iPod, mp3 player, etc. The car's original Cadillac AM/FM/cassette radio will be included as well.
