Up For Sale: 1984 Chevy / Jerr Dan Rollback. This is a Scotsdale model with A/C, and the Jerr Dan 17' Wrangler body is factory installed. I bought this truck on ebay 6 months ago, and had to have knee surgery before I could pick it up. While I was recuperating, one of my buddies traded me another car hauler. I don't need 2, so I'm selling this one.The truck was hit in the driver's door and has been sitting for a few years. I finally went and picked it up last week. I poured gas in the tank and carb., hooked up a battery, and it fired right up. I drove it 86 miles from where it was purchased, and it runs and drives great. It's got a 454 engine (bottom end rebuilt by previous owner) and 4spd manual trans. It's got good brakes, exhaust, and tires. It had factory dual gas tanks, but the drivers side tank has been pulled. I have the replacement tank to go with the truck. I've just replaced the damaged door, also. The PTO has a new cable, and works fine, and so does the rear throttle switch. There is a hydraulic leak in the lift cylinder, but the stinger and winch operate fine. There is a little rust in the driver side floor, where the damaged door didn't close properly, and hardly none anywhere else. The seat is in tact, but needs a cover, and the missing dash bezel that you see in the pictures, was installed today. As far as I can tell, it won't take much to have this baby hauling again.
