Vehicle Detail
I'd like to sell my 2001 Isuzu Rodeo LS 4WD. This is a pretty well-optioned truck, including: 3.2L V6 engine, automatic transmission with 4WD. Alloy wheels, sport bumper extension and tow-package. Keyless entry, power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, working A/C, rear defroster, intermittent wipers, Hella projection foglamps, cruise control, leather steering wheel, and aftermarket Clarion CX609 radio with CD/MP3/bluetooth and USB for direct IPOD connection. I've replaced the automatic hubs with Superwinch hubs to help with fuel economy. This Isuzu Rodeo has just over 108k miles and runs great. I bought this truck in September of 2005 and have relied upon it, since. All maintenance is up to par and it is in good shape. Oil changes have been made using synthetic oil (Rotella T6) every 5k miles. It has been a great all-round vehicle and is amazing in the snow. I wouldn't hesitate to jump in it tomorrow and drive across the country. This has been a great truck and has many, many more miles to go. It runs well and usually gets around 18 to 20 mpg (mixed city and highway). It has a clean title and recently passed emissions. All liens have been signed off and it's ready to go. The exterior is in great shape and the paint is glossy. There is one small door ding on the passenger front door. Several small rock chips on the hood/front bumper have been touched up with appropriate touch-up paint. The exterior does show typical wear for a 12-year old vehicle. The interior is clean and the truck has never been smoked in or had pets in it. The floor mats do show some wear from shoes and a bit of yellowing. The interior does show typical wear for a 12-year old vehicle. The frame/undercarriage does show usual signs of surface rusting that you would expect on a vehicle of this age. It does not have any areas with extensive rust and does not suffer from rust around the rear suspension points that some models in the rust-belt suffered from. I have included photos of the undercarriage to help show its condition. Recent maintenance includes oil and filter change, new brakes with ceramic pads & new rotors on all four wheels, transmission fluid & filter change, coolant flush, and new serpentine belt and hoses. The alternator and battery were replaced last November. The tires are three years old. They are Yokohama Geolanders. The truck does have a few problems that should be mentioned. It will need front lower ball-joints before winter as the existing ones have leaky boots. The windshield has one rock chip near the passenger-side upper corner. The rear wiper does not work. The carpeting has a small wear hole near the accelerator pedal from my work boots. If you have any questions about the Rodeo, please, ask before bidding. I have included many, many photos to try and show the condition of the truck as well as I can. If you would like to see photos of any part of the truck, just ask and I'll add them. KBB is $5,500 for a truck in good condition. I've adjusted the buy-it-now price to account for the reasons listed above. And of course, if you think my price is too high, please, make me an offer. I will give it an honest and reasonable consideration. Exterior Photos: Interior Photos: Undercarriage: Engine Bay:
