The Good: Original paint Original engine Original interior Original oak wood bed Original tailgate - un-dented Original service parts ID sticker in place and readable in glove box Original build sheet under springs in the back of the bench seat Runs and stops fine Electrical systems all work Has standard fuel tank plus two extended range saddle tanks Tires are nearly new Clear Title VIN: CS147Z106347 (C= 4x2, S= 6 cyl gas, 1= 1/2 ton, 4= pickup, 7= 1967, Z= Built in Fremont, CA, 106347th unit produced.) Engine Number: F0919UH (F= Flint, 0919 = Sept 19th, UH= 1967 292 CI 6cyl) Engine Casting: 3851659 In amazing condition for a 45 year old vehicle... nicely preserved with the exception of minor surface rust and a small hole in the very back, bottom, passenger side corner of the cab. Rear bumper is not original, but is bolted to the frame (no welds) for easy removal if you want to change it out. The Not So Good: Marks its parking spot with a little oil (silver dollar x2) One reverse light is out Heater core needs to be replace... new core included, but not installed Needs new rear shocks (bouncy bed right now) Fuel gauge reads low in a narrow (1/4 tank) band As noted above, a small rust hole in the bottom rear passenger side of the cab Finally, the front passenger side fender is not original to the truck. It's off another 1967 (blue) and was repainted to match the yellow at some point. It's a good match, but I you may want to watch the eBay auctions for an original yellow one to replace it with.
