TRANSMISSION: Automatic Transmission Equipped: Transmission Case and all internal lubricated parts including oil pump, valve body, torqueconverter, governor, clutches, bushings, shafts, gear sets, bearings, vacuum modulator dip stick and tube. 4. TAXES AND FLUIDS: Associated state and local taxes where applicable and required fluids to complete covered repairs.
5. WEAR AND USE: Included in this coverage is the replacement of covered components resulting from the gradual reduction in operating performancedue to normal wear and use, when the wear exceeds the manufacturer’s specifications.
6. TOWING REIMBURSEMENT: If towing assistance becomes necessary due to the Breakdown of a covered component, towing costs not payable byinsurance will be covered up to fifty dollars ($50.00) per occurrence.

Finalizing Your Purchase:
Winning bidder MUST communicate with us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Before the vehicle is released for shipment to the "Buyer", all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to the "Seller".
The winning bidder must pay a $500.00 deposit within 24 hours of the close of auction. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. if the purchaser fails to complete the transaction for any reason. Deposits will be refunded in full if HT MOTORS INC. fails to complete the transaction for any reason.

HT MOTORS INC will not release the vehicle title until all funds are clear. Usually it takes 3 business days. If buyer is from FL, We have to register the car, we will NOT hand the title to you. It has to be registered first with FLORIDA DMV. DMV will send you a new title under buyer(s) name. If you are financing this vehicle, your bank will require a lien holder. Title will be sent to the lien holder.
Receiving Your Vehicle
The Buyer is responsible for the pickup of this vehicle. Please call us PRIOR to making your arrangements to pick up your vehicle so we may schedule a mutually agreeable time and date with you. If you are flying into Florida, we are happy to provide private transportation in one of our lovely vehicles from the Orlando International Airport.
Shipping
If you wish to have your vehicle shipped, please call us first. We will help arrange shipping with our preferred shippers. We only use dependable transporters and we offer this service strictly as a courtesy for our customers. We do not charge extra or receive compensation for this service. We want our customers to have the reliability they deserve for their new vehicle and it is our goal to make the shipping an easy process.
The average turn around time for the shipping of vehicles is approximately 2 full weeks from the day the transporter picks up the vehicle. We will help schedule the pick up of your vehicle as soon as possible, but due to many circumstances beyond our control (weather, space availability, clearance of funds, etc.) time frames can vary. All vehicles being shipped Internationally will not be transported until the payment funds have cleared the bank (bank clearance of funds varies and can be anywhere from 3-12 business days).
