This is a classic sport touring bike with flawless reliability. The CBR1000F has been repeatedly named a best used buy by motorcycle magazines. They routinely go over 100,000 miles without requiring any significant work. This bike is in perfect mechanical condition with only 22,400 miles on it. New brakes at 19k, clutch at 21k, all fluids replaced fall '12, new battery Jan '13, and new DID X-ring chain and Michelin Road Pilot 2 tires in May '13. Always adult owned (I'm 4th owner) and never abused. In addition to the factory windscreen it comes with a Zero Gravity Sport Touring windscreen in light smoke. Also includes owners manual, Haynes service manual, and documentation. The second owner knocked the bike over in his driveway, breaking the rear plastic bodywork. Insurance totaled it, and he bought it back, replacing the rear bodywork. The damage was cosmetic only, nothing structural or mechanical. The current Texas title is a blue title, but shows a notation "Rebuilt Salvage - Issued by Ohio". Everyone who sees the bike comments on how clean it looks for its' age, but it is not visually perfect. I've included pics that reflect all blemishes, as I don't want to disappoint a buyer. Photos reflect actual appearance of the bike. Not included in the auction, but available separately are a red/black/white Arai helmet and a red/black Joe Rocket riding jacket.
