Selling Another Beautiful Porsche I have been a classic car enthusiast for 10 years buying mostly Porsches Mercedes and BMW’s because in my opinion, nothing compares to German engineering. I have also helped several international buyers locate, purchase, and export these beautiful cars back to their place of origin for private collection therefore I accept and welcome bidders from around the world- see my feedback for other Porsches I've sold. Some vehicles I sell are my personal cars, others are ones that I am listing on behalf of others, but I always drive the cars and describe them to the best of my ability. Prior to bidding on any of my vehicles, please make sure to ask any questions as your bid is a binding contract stating that you accept the car in AS IS condition. I know that most ebayers and car collectors are stand-up people but there are a few out there who simply should not be buying cars online. I do my best to describe the cars as they are in my opinion but in order to make sure that the cars are up to your standards it is your responsibility to inspect the car in person or have your assigned agent inspect the car, otherwise you are buying the car based on my opinion only- I am not a certified car inspector or mechanic- just an enthusiast that has been around a lot of European sports cars. That disclaimer being stated, here is the description I offer for this particular car: If you have been looking for a clean Boxster this is a very nice one for your consideration. I don't know why, but if you are in the market for a Boxster you have probably seen the same thing I have seen with lots of abused cars out there. Perhaps it's a different market than 911 buyers but it's very hard to find one that is as nice as this- it looks like a car I'd get from a 911 owner- a real Porsche enthusiast's Boxster for sure. I think it's the perfect color combo and it has just over 68K original miles, a clean carfax report and vehicle history, great interior/exterior, and drives like a Porsche should! This one was recently traded in at the local Porsche dealer here by an older couple that wanted a new Porsche and it has been well taken care of through its life- obviously only driven on good weather days and garage kept. The cosmetics on this car are near perfect as you can see in the pics and it drives great on the road. In my test drives I put over 200 miles on it and pushed it to speeds over 100 MPH and found no rattles, shimmies, or other issues. The AC blows cold and all the instrumentation seems to work perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car across the country to its new home. Kelley Blue Book values a car like this in excellent condition at $16,560 but here on ebay I offer the car for sale as is to the high bidder at NO RESERVE. I trust the market value of the car will show itself in the bidding, so may the best bidder enjoy this beautiful car. This car comes with all the documentation in the photo, owners manuals, two keys, and a clean clear title. It runs great, handles well, drives straight, and looks amazing. My overall assessment is that this car is in excellent condition inside and out. It runs and drives very well and the motor runs strong without smoking or leaking oil. It has been regularly inspected and has current tags. I believe that value is determined by what people are willing to pay for a car which is why I list cars at NO RESERVE. Below is my very detailed an honest description of this car. Most people would just say “excellent condition” and not give all the details but I try to include everything, good and bad. Cosmetically this car is beautiful to look at inside and out and literally has everyone who sees it asking questions about it. The body looks straight and solid with no rust or collision damage. The paint shines up very nicely and looks to be original. The door panels, carpets, and mats are in excellent condition. Both seats are in great shape with supple leather. The convertible top is in excellent shape with a clear rear window and no tears. It's pretty obvious that the previous owners pampered this car as it looks much newer than a 12 year old car. This is a really nice car that is begging to be driven. Check out the photos- what you see is what you get: Mechanically the car is solid. This beauty starts right up and runs/sounds clean and strong and does not smoke. In my test drive the car had fantastic acceleration and phenomenal handling. The car drives straight without vibrations or pulling one way or another. I have had the car in the same spot for two weeks and have yet to see leaks- this one has had great work done and is very dry. The transmission shifts smoothly and the clutch feels solid. All the instrument cluster seems to work perfectly and all the windows and top roll up and down. The original sound system works well and the A/C blows cold. The rear tires look to have been fairly recently replaced while the front tires seem a little older but still have good tread. The maintenance records with the car show consistent dealership service through 33K miles. In summary, this is a low mileage Boxster in great shape that's an honest car in need of a new owner. I really like the color combo and attention this car gets from anyone who sees it. It would make a great sports car that still has a lot of life left in it.
