I purchased this classic in 2004 as a restoration project, but never got around to working on it. It has been sitting in a storage building the entire time. As you can see, it will need some work, but anything worth having always does. It has rust in the usual places for this model, but new sheet metal is still available. The door parts, trim, quarter glass, & seats are worth a fortune if you decide to part it out as they are unique to the rare XJ coupes. It has red leather seats. I believe it is complete, but cannot guarantee it. I was told the rear end is a higher ratio our of a XJS to increase the MPG. The passenger door rod has come loose and the door will not un-latch. The door panel will have to be taken off from the inside and the mechanism will have to be manually released. Please ask any questions you have and I will do my best to answer them. It was not running when I bought this car 9 years ago and put it in storage. The mileage is unknown. I did not transfer it into my name as we are required to register the vehicle and pay taxes at that time, and the vehicle was not running. The vehicle was not running and I'm not sure exactly why, but I'm thinking it was possibly a blown head gasket. The 2 front wheels were removed but are still there, as can be seen in the new photos.
