. NO RESERVE AUCTION HIGH BID WINS !!!!!!! PLEASE ONLY BID WHAT YOU WANT TO PAY. 300. PAYPAL DEPOSIT DUE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING AUCTION END. 1963 Chevrolet Impala convertible. V8 with bucket seats and center console. This is a running driving car that with some work could be used now or give it the complete restoration it so deserves now. I had it for a ride around the block last week. Earlier this year I had some body replacement panels installed as seen in the pictures. They were finished off and then some paint put on the panels to keep out the moisture. The car will also need some body mounts and although the floor pans are still useable with work I would suggest replaceing them along with the seat cross braces. It has super sport wheel covers on it but isn’t an ss. I put a container of gas under the hood so it doesn’t use the old gas in the tank. The convertible top shows very nice shape with no holes. The rear window is yellowing. The convertible top is Power. It works with assistance. It seems like it may need some fluid to go up and down properly. As you know this is a rare desireable convertible that is worth big bucks when restored. I have seen some similar 63’s sell for 30,000.00 to 50,000.00 dollars restored so this car is certainly worth the investment to the right buyer especially if you are able to do any of the work yourself. IThis description is mearly my opinion. The car is available for inspection, if you are not able to do it yourself I know ebay offers an inspection at a fair rate. It has old gas in it as it has been sitting for some time but does start up and drive. not the greatest but it does start up and will drive on to a car trailer to get to it’s new home. Connecticut uses the registration and title as one so ownership transfer is done on the rear side of the registration in the “Buyers section” Also a Bill of Sale will be given to the new buyer. Payment can be made in check or cash or bank transfer. My bank tells me any check will need atleast 10 business days to fully clear the banking system before the vehicle or paperwork leaves. Transportation arranged by the buyer. 300. Paypal deposit due immediately following auction end. Balance due within 5 days of auction end. On Sep-17-13 at 06:49:34 PDT, seller added the following information: THANKS FOR ALL THE EMAILS AND QUESTIONS. ANY OTHERS PLEASE LET ME KNOW. THANKSOn Sep-17-13 at 07:04:07 PDT, seller added the following information: another popular question has been for the trim tag info, it is as follows, 04d style 63-1867 body EP10330 trim 886-1 pnt 922 A ACC F On Sep-18-13 at 14:45:49 PDT, seller added the following information: I HAD A FEW QUESTIONS IN THE EMAILS ABOUT THE LOWER METAL WORK I HAD DONE EARLIER THIS YEAR. THIS WASN'T JUST SOME PIECES OF METAL THAT WAS JUST CUT UP + PUT IN THE LOWERS,,,, THESE WERE PREMADE PANELS THAT WERE WELDED IN AND THEN FINISHED OFF. THEY ALSO PUT SOME RED PAINT ON THEM TO HOLD OUT THE MOISTURE UNTIL THE CAR GETS A FULL PAINT. THANKSOn Sep-19-13 at 18:26:09 PDT, seller added the following information: I had a couple questions about the dashboard. It's in very nice shape. The original AM radio is still in it and the hole is still as original and uncut. Prior to me the car was owned by a woman who if I remember right had the car for give or take 20 years. It meant a lot to her but some personal reasons forced her to sell it. This is going to be a real PRETTY car once restored. thanksOn Sep-21-13 at 10:44:29 PDT, seller added the following information: I want to thank a couple ebayers for a couple offers to buy the car now but I think out of fairness since I put the car on a No Reserve auction I should let the auction run to the end. It is going to be sold regardless of what it does. Thanks
