Vehicle Detail
1995 Ford Bronco 4x4 Calypso Green Excellent condition with only 97K original miles Attn: Dolphin or Marlin Fans… Here is your ride! I purchased this Bronco for $12K (Person was asking 14K) on 08/2011 with 84.8K miles. The quick back story (as I was told)… A father got this for his son as some kind of present, and did over $7K in work damn near perfect condition. The son must have screw up or done something wrong as the father never gave it to him. Instead he drove it for a week or so and then put it on eBay where I purchased it as soon as I saw it. Here is what was brand new when I purchased it:The Lift (I cannot for the life of me remember if it was a 3” or 6” maybe you can tell from the pictures). I can tell you the shocks are all SkyJackers Hydro 7000 The Tires which are 33 inch Goodyear Wranglers with plenty of life on them still. The DynoMax Dual Exhaust System (from block to exhaust tips wad all new). This thing sound great… Perfect rumble as you turn over and on acceleration. The Jenson Radio (stock speaker) it has a screen that pops out… pretty cool. Alarm System. Not sure the manufacturer but it is very loud if triggered. Remote Start. Not sure the manufacturer but it works fine… never really used it. Remote Entry with two sets of key fobs. Chrome Side-Step bars. Here is what I did since I got it:Replaced most of the ignition system (it had a very infrequent sputter… No issues since. This is actually something to do with Fords of this age and some module that just goes bad.) Replaced old carpet with New Vinyl Flooring (both front & back) Added Bluetooth to the Jensen Radio (works for both music and phone) Added Backup Camera the Jensen radio (comes on when in reverse) Tinted the front driver and passenger windows including the front windshield with a special 5% UV tint (it protects the dashboard area from sun damage). New Front Brake Pads & Calipers in March 2013 (2K miles since) Ok here is my story… I had my 2005 F-250 Harley Edition stolen from my driveway just months away from having it paid off… I did not want to get into another $600 car payment at the time so I took my insurance money and purchased this Bronco as my primary car. I have owned it now for almost 2 years and it has been my everyday driver for that whole time and has never let me down. I don’t work far so I put 13K miles on it since I purchased it. I have never taken it four wheeling, besides making sure it worked when I purchased it, I have never even put it in four wheel drive. I can tell you it has the Manual Lock Hubs which I understand many true enthusiasts prefer. It has never been used to tow anything, I do have a boat I was intending to tow with it, but it lives in dry storage and never was behind anything in last 3 years. Full Disclosure: When I purchased this it was 100% perfect, but it now has some rust (see pics)… I figured out what was causing it (the weather stripping on the top has become dry up and has shrank, which is allowing water to get between the inside and out sheet metal. This rust is on the passenger side wheel well only. Also a very small spot on the bottom of the tail gate below the bumper (very hard to ever see). I have priced all the weather stripping from Bronco Graveyard (best place to get parts) and it will be about $225-$250 for all the pieces. I have a local body shop who will do the work for $800 + for another $200 they will replace the weather stripping. So this is about $1200 to $1300 to fix back to pristine condition. I’m asking 8K minimum (my starting bid) for the Bronco as-is. This is my no hassle lowest price to just get it out of my driveway (I have a brand new Dodge Ram 1500 Limited that wants the space). If this does not sell within two weeks (first listing and relist) I will pull it and have the work done. However, then my starting price will be 12K. This is a very solid Bronco and beside the rust which is not an expensive fix, you will be hard pressed to find one in this good a condition… Believe me I looked for months before I lucked out and found this one. Also I have the car fax which I can provide… No Accidents! I also have all the paperwork for the stuff done since I owned it. Title is in hand and full payment is due (Cash) within 48 hours. Thanks for looking…I have like 76 images on photobucket by eBay will not allow me to post the link so if you want the link just email me...
