For Sale is my 1974 BMW Airhead. A Classical blend of design and functionally - This bike has been in my collection for 10 years - and in that time I have performed the following: Sand Blasted and Powder Coated the Frame, - about 1500 miles ago I installed a new clutch Installed a Rebuilt Starter Installed a New Battery Replaced Brushes on ALternator Rebuilt Carbs Last Summer I installed (2) New Mitchelin Pilot Tires There are two leather saddlebags - do not know the lineage on these but they appear to be from the correct period. Also included is a Windjammer Faring with the proper mount for the bike, with all hardware. I do have some extra parts such as another headlight basket and headlight ears, the correct from turn signals, maybe some oil filters, shop manual, owners manual and some additional documentation form the original owner. This is a riders bike - and as such I am not implying anything other that what is in the pictures or in the description.
