DUE TO FEDERAL REGULATIONS DURING THIS ERA CONVERTIBLES WERE EXTINICT. THIS IS A VERSATILE AND VERY FUNCTIONAL SET UP EVEN TO TODAYS STANDARDS. THIS CAN FUNCTION AS JUST A TARGA TOP,OR YOU CAN JUST FOLD THE REAR SOFT TOP DOWN, OR DO BOTH FOR FULL SUN AND BREEZE! THIS IS A VERY CORRECT CAR WITH LOW MILES. CONDITION; THE BULLETPROOF 2.2L (20R) ENGINE RUNS VERY WELL WITH NO SMOKE OR NOISES. THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION SHIFTS AND OPERATES AS IT SHOULD. THE REAR END IS SMOOTH AND QUIET AS WELL. INTERIOR IS STUNNING AND ORIGINAL! THE SEATS, CARPET, DASH, CONTROLS, DOOR PANELS, STEERING WHEEL ARE IN BEAUTIFUL ORIGINAL CONDITION! EVEN THE CLOCK STILL WORKS! WE BELIEVE THE MILES TO BE ACCURATE, SO PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS HAS A 13 DIGIT VIN, SO THERE IS NO WAY TO VERIFY THROUGH CARFAX. THE EXTERIOR BODY LINES AND PANEL FIT IS VERY NICE COMPLIMENTED BY A GOOD REPAINT, PLUS THE SHEET METAL IS RUST FREE! THE TRUNK IS JUST AS NICE. ALL THE GLASS AND SOFT REAR WINDOW IS NICE AND CLEAR. THIS CAR IS ALSO SPORTING DAYTON "TRUE SPOKE" WIRE WHEELS IN GREAT CONDITION AND THEY SCREAM OLD SCHOOL! THE TIRES ARE 75% OR BETTER. ALL LIGHTS AND ELECTRICS OPERATE AS THEY SHOULD. (PLEASE REFER TO THE PICTURES) THIS IS AN AIR CONDITIONED CAR TOO! THE TARGA TOP CASE AND PARADE BOOT ARE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. THE UNDERSIDE IS NICE, HOWEVER THE FRAME RAILS NEED ATTENTION. (PLEASE REFER TO THE PICTURES) THE FRAMES WERE REINFORCED DURING THIS CONVERSION WITH FRAME PLATES. THEY WERE NOT SEALED PROPERLY AND ALWAYS RETAINED MOISTURE.
