1974 Honda XL70 Exceptionally Nice and original! XL 70 2257 original mi. w/Title I am selling this bike for a friend. He worked for me as a mechanic at Good Times Powersports for 14 years, and still remains in the motorcycle industry to this day. He is a man of integrity and honesty, and is meticulous and detail-oriented. This is a 1974 Honda XL70 with 2257 actual miles. Frame # XL70-1032807 engine# XL70E-1024448. He has the open title signed by the previous owner, ready for your name to be inserted as purchaser. He bought it in good original condition, and then went over the entire bike to make sure everything is top-notch. I took the photos of the bike, and it runs and looks as good as the photos. Removed engine, cleaned and painted it. Tuned and adjusted engine. New air filter element. Painted exhaust pipe. Touched up paint on frame. Polished fork legs, hubs & rims. New front tire and tube. Rear tire is close to new. This bike is offered at the opening bid price with no further reserve. High bidder wins the bike. We will not end the auction early. Non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is due within 24 hours of auction-end. Winning bidder is expected to contact and communicate within 24 hours after auction end, and full payment is expected within 3 business days. Payment must clear banking channels before the bike will be released for pick-up. This includes cashiers checks, which may take as long as 10 days to 2 weeks to clear. The fastest methods of payment are cash, wire transfer, or a cashiers check/personal check drawn on a bank with a Lubbock, TX branch, which can be cashed at a teller window. NOTE-Because Cashiers Checks can be forged, I must cash your Cashiers Check PRIOR to releasing the motorcycle. If you are picking up outside of normal banking hours, you will have to get the Cashiers Check to me in advance so I can cash it beforehand. Same applies for personal checks.
