Here for your consideration is a very rare 1979 Ford Indy Pace Truck. Most of these special edition trucks were two wheel drive, however this one is FOUR WHEEL DRIVE! These trucks have special body codes and the door data tag pictured has the correct Indy Pace Edition codes. This truck has 49000 original miles on the odometer. It has been parked outside for several years now and has not run in that length of time. The interior of the Indy Pace truck was also very unique with the orange accents within the black and silver upholstery. The interior of the truck here is not too bad. This truck does need a complete restoration, but there is not a more worthy candidate that the factory produced Indy Pace truck of 1979. The worst part of the truck is the bed, which is very rusty, and in my opinion should simply be replaced. They are not hard to find in decent condition. This truck is sold as is and it is the responsibility of the winning bidder to transport the truck to it's new home. I reserve the right to end the auction early in the event of a local sale.
