I am selling this 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham with the LT1 Corvette Motor with NO RESERVE and NO EXTRA FEES!! The 73k miles are correct on this car. This Cadillac was used as a runner and not a collector item. This is a non smoker car. I just installed a new Opti-spark Distributor and new water pump with all new seals. For those of you who are not sure what this means, it is one of very few issues common with the LT1 that is basicly a tune up issue but labor intensive ($800 or so job). New spark plugs, air filter, coolant, thermostat, water pump, optispark distributor (including new cap and rotor) oil change and wiper blades. I then drove the car 300 miles to Lancaster PA and back 300 miles and it ran like a charm! I went 300 miles and still had 1/2 a tank!! The transmission shifts in all of the gears. In the morning there is a delay when shifting from park to drive that is under 2 seconds and has been that way since 50k miles caused from having the transmission serviced. I have taken 100 pictures for you to see every part of the car. Tha air conditioning is working and makes a nice A/C water puddle under the car that shows it's nice and cold. The CD player and tape player work properly and sound very nice. The dual exhaust is quiet with no leaks and I would say center mufflers will be needed within a year or so. The tires are all matching quality tires balanced very well on clean Brougham alloy wheels. The suspension is tight and the back end is up where it is supposed to be (no drooping). I have not pulled the wheels to inspect pad life but the brakes work smooth and feel great. The level ride compressor wires are cut right by the level ride pump inside the fender well. The power trunk closer is not working. The needle for PND321 indicator is stuck in park. Overall the car is solid as a rock! Cosmetic restoration would be in order if you were planning on restoring one to show condition. The car has dings and scratches on every panel and was not garage kept since 50k miles or I believe 2009. Sun has faded the dash and top and some cracks are evident. The car has no rust shown in the jams or panels which is a plus! The trims on the bumpers have missing pieces from bumping and scuffing. The mirror on the drivers door is a replacement that is black but not painted and a dent is left on the door when the original mirror was damaged. The heated seat and lumbar on the drivers seat is not working. The spare is a factory Brougham alloy wheel with a new tire. I have 2 sets of keys. The traction control is working properly. The anti lock brakes are working properly. No dummy lights are present. The bottom of the car is dry as a bone with no leaking of fluids. The heater works properly. The wipers work in all modes. The front power windows work but the rear ones are not moving. Headliner is nice. The carpets have been shampooed and look very nice. The 4 factory floor mats are there! There is a bit of a musty smell from the shampooing but now the car is dry from sitting in the sun. Not a flood car (I am 300 miles from NYC). The motor compartment is nice and clean. The car is a great road trip car and has proven to be very dependable! This is a very picky ad letting you know everything possible about this car that is just about 20 years old because I want you to be pleased and not surprised with your purchased.
