This bike is a time capsule. I've put 1,000 miles on it over the last year as I've rebuilt my Commando. I bought it so I had something to ride while I rebuilt my other bike and really grew to like it. I don't really want to sell it, but we don't have the room for two bikes says the boss. I've listed it for a reasonable price and you wont be disappointed. If I don't get what I'm asking for it (which is more than fair), I'll just stash it at a friends and maybe sell it down the road. So the Reserve Price won't be lowered. It came with an aftermarket two up seat that I didn't like, so it was reupholstered in real leather to look stock.. A few other things I did we're replace the battery, plugs, headlight and the oil obviously. The previous owner replaced the left side cover as it had disintegrated at the posts on the back. It looks pretty good. The bike still has the painted bolts and it has an aftermarket(period correct) Lockhart oil cooler and gauge. The 4-1 exhaust is in excellent condition also. It has primarily been run on clear gas for the last few years and made a 200 mile trip to the Oregon coast only two wknds ago, so its a strong runner. You'll be hard pressed to find a cleaner bike with less mileage that runs great and hasn't been restored!! There are a couple of small scratches on the left side of the tank that my pocket knife clip made. They can easily be fixed and I've adjusted my price accordingly. I will help with shipping as much as I can, but shipping arrangements and any associated fees are the buyer's responsibility. This includes any import duties, taxes, etc. Bike will not be released until funds clear.
