Selling Another Beautiful 911 Carrera I have been a classic car enthusiast for 10 years buying mostly Porsches Mercedes and BMW’s because in my opinion, nothing compares to German engineering. I have also helped several international buyers locate, purchase, and export these beautiful cars back to their place of origin for private collection therefore I accept and welcome bidders from around the world- see my feedback for other Porsche 911's I've sold. Some vehicles I sell are my personal cars, others are ones that I am listing on behalf of others, but I always drive the cars and describe them to the best of my ability. Prior to bidding on any of my vehicles, please make sure to ask any questions as your bid is a binding contract stating that you accept the car in AS IS condition. I know that most ebayers and car collectors are stand-up people but there are a few out there who simply should not be buying cars online. I do my best to describe the cars as they are in my opinion but in order to make sure that the cars are up to your standards it is your responsibility to inspect the car in person or have your assigned agent inspect the car, otherwise you are buying the car based on my opinion only- I am not a certified car inspector or mechanic- just an enthusiast that has been around a lot of European sports cars. That disclaimer being stated, here is the description I offer for this particular car: If you have been looking for a clean Carrera 4 this is a very nice one for your consideration. I think it's the perfect color combo and it has low miles, a clean carfax report and vehicle history, great interior/exterior, and drives like a Porsche should! This one was recently traded in at the local Porsche dealer here on a new Porsche and it has been well taken care of through its life. This car recently had the 90K major service done ($1,400) at the Porsche dealer and also has a new battery. NADA values this car at $22,400- but here on ebay I offer the car for sale as is to the high bidder at NO RESERVE. This car comes with all the documentation in the photo, a binder with owners instructions, and a clean clear title. It runs great, handles well, drives straight, and looks amazing. My overall assessment is that this car is in excellent condition inside and out. It runs and drives very well and the motor runs strong without smoking or leaking oil. It has been regularly inspected and has had a recent major service at the Porsche dealership. I believe that value is determined by what people are willing to pay for a car which is why I list cars at NO RESERVE. Below is my very detailed an honest description of this car. Most people would just say “excellent condition” and not give all the details but I try to include everything, good and bad. Cosmetically this car is beautiful to look at inside and out and literally has everyone who sees it asking questions about it. The body looks straight and solid with no rust or collision damage. The paint shines up very nicely and looks to be original. The door panels, carpets, and mats are in excellent condition. Both front and rear seats are in great shape with supple leather and the suede headliner is perfect. This is a really nice car that is begging to be driven. Check out the photos- what you see is what you get! Mechanically the car is solid. This beauty starts right up and runs/sounds clean and strong and does not smoke. In my test drive the car had fantastic acceleration and phenomenal handling with the all wheel drive. The car drives straight without vibrations or pulling one way or another. I have had the car in the same spot for two weeks and have yet to see leaks- this one has had great work done and is very dry. The transmission shifts smoothly and the clutch feels solid. All the instrument cluster seems to work perfectly and all the windows and sunroof roll up and down. The original sound system works well and the A/C blows cold. The only areas I found that need servicing: 1) There is a micro switch on the driver's door that controls the window going up and down when you open and shut the door that isn't working properly. It' s a non issue for me as I shut the door by pressing on the glass and don't have an issue but if you want it fixed you can replace that switch. 2) The windshield is cracked across the front so if you have a safety inspection where you live it will probably need to be replaced. 3) The rear tire tread is wearing low. If you like the car and want these items fixed I will replace the windshield, put 4 new tires on it, and replace the switch and sell you the car for a "Buy It Now" price of $22,000 otherwise the car is sold to the highest bidder and the new owner can attend to the issues as seen fit. In summary, this is a low mileage Carrera 4 in great shape that's an honest car in need of a new owner. I really like the color combo and attention this car gets from anyone who sees it. It would make a great sports car that still has a lot of life left in it. Feel free to ask questions prior to bidding. Mechanically I would trust this car on a drive across the country as well if you wanted to drive it home.
