Up for auction is a 1969 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray T-Top car with 55,184 original miles. It has a 350 that runs, but I would have it rebuilt. The frame has been completely restored - taken apart, sand blasted, sanded, zinc primed (sanded again), epoxy primed (sanded again) and then chassis saver painted with a spray gun. The frame also has new brake lines from front to back and rear hoses as you can see in pics. It also has new shocks, coil springs and new rear leaf spring. The body as seen in the pictures has been taken down to the original red primer and wet blocked down to the bare fiberglass. Two very small cracks were repaired. One by the antenna and one key lock alliminated from the back tail pan. Then body was primed with K2 Primer then blocked and epxy primered. Windshield frame needs replaced; I have a replacement that comes with the car; very solid. The windshield is original and in mint condition. The side glass is also all there and in mint condition. Door guts are there, but drivers side is missing hand crank assembly. A lot of parts are missing: Steering column, shifting peddles, radiator, seats, vent under wipers, radio, bumpers and brackets. Also, it needs the metal under the drivers side rocker panel replaced. This is definately a project car with a great start. All work professionally done.
