1969 Husqvarna 360 Cross. Frame number: MG3051 Engine number: 361182 M. Bike came to me in the condition you see it. I bought it to restore but realized I am too deep in other projects to find the time for it. Here's what I know about the bike. Engine turns over freely and has what appears to be good compression. I was told it ran when it was parked years ago although I have not attempted to start it. The tank is correct and the chrome is good, it has a dent that is repairable on the right side see picture. The left side of the tank is very clean and dent free. What appears to be a dent in the photo is a reflection. Tank had sludge in it when I got it and very light rust. Forks are correct and tubes are prestine and straight.They are grey leg forks but are black in the photo beacuse someone sprayed the entire bike black with a spray can. Rims are steel and correct for the year. Front rim is out of round with nice chrome, rear is straight with flaking chrome. Left side case has a broken kick starter return stop.Right side case is missing some material (but nothing unrepairable) where it must have thrown a chain in the past. Both side cases are polished...why? I don't know. Frame has been repaired under the neck as shown in the picture. If you are good with a grinder you can probably clean it up. Seat is good. Bike is missing the air cleaner and bell, and also the original fenders. I have tried to be as complete with the information as I know it. I welcome questions. Local pick up only please.
