Up for Auction is one of the first Honda Production Superbikes. This Interceptor has the V-Four, Liquid-cooled Four Stroke engine with a built-in oil cooler. This bike is nearly 30 yrs old and it shows. I personally don't know a lot about bikes, however, I got this bike in Tennessee a cpl yrs ago, I know for sure the engine runs and it runs good,I had it running a month ago. There are however some problems with the solonoid and the wiring between that and the clutch switch.I replace the solonoid with an aftermarket one, hooked it up and it melted two wires that go to the clutch switch. The bike has cracks in the plastic, no battery,Seat cover is shot but I have a brand new one with it..Tires are in good shape, not dry rotted ....Could be a fun bike with some tlc..Radiator was rebuilt by Rome Radiator and flushed and cleaned. I just can't seem to get enough time to spend on this and well not knowing much about bikes doesn't help..If you need more info on this please ASK BEFORE BIDDING...I will be happy to answer any questions you may have about this bike..This bike is used and old and as is.. I bought this bike from a man in Cleveland, Tn. 2 yrs ago when I came to Michigan. So the Frame and wheels and such have no rust on it. I wont charge anything to put it in a pallet or box or however it is shipped..Just the actual cost of it...Also keep in mind I can have it shipped from a business with a loading dock which will cut alot of residential pick up cost....If you have it delivered to a business with a dock it will be less as well..
