1970 HONDA CT70 Up for grabs is a 1970 Honda CT70 or a Trail 70. This bike is a recent estate sale find and DOES NOT RUN currently. It is exactly how we found it at the sale. We have not even cleaned it. We also made a decision to sell it as-is and let the buyer do the work. It looks like a very original machine. Paint is original with some fading and scratches here and there. Seat looks original. Motor is free and has compression. It appears to have a brand new spark plug. Still has oil and gas in it also. I am pretty sure this is the 3 speed automatic model. Brakes seem to work and tires hold air fine. There is a small dent on the shock housing (pictured). Chrome is still very nice with a couple of scratches/rust on the handlebars where I assume the windscreen was mounted. Odometer reads 4508 miles. I wish we had more history but unfortunately we don't. We are not mechanically inclined and after the initial purchase of the bike (not cheap), we figured taking it to a shop for a once over and possible repairs may be too costly. Hence the as-is / you-fix sale. Comes with a clear AZ title, two keys, and an older acrylic windscreen which is in very good condition with original box. Oh, and the horn works.
