THANKS 1991 DODGE CUMMINS DIESEL 4X4 LE This is a very nice dodge that was a one owner truck until I purchased it. It has only had one registered owner and the carfax verifies this. The carfax is clean also. . This dodge is loaded and is exceptionally nice for the year. It is loaded, very straight, and has no rust. Everything works including cold a/c. Loaded LE models of this vintage are rare to find. The truck has 211k which is nothing for a cummins. These were easy miles, which I'm sure you can tell from the pictures. The interior is as clean as the outside with no rips in the seat or carpet and no cracks in the dash. The truck also has a flip over gooseneck hitch in the bed under the bedliner. Here are all the details on the dodge. Included is a picture link with many more pictures. Also a video of the engine running and exhaust. The pictures of the truck are not the best quality. The light was just weird. It looks much better in person. MECHANICAL Everything on the truck works. It has a/c, cruise, tilt, power windows and locks, sliding rear window, trailer brake controler, delay wipers. The truck runs excellent and has had a recent valve adjustement. You can see in the pics that the valvecover gaskets are new. The truck is completely stock but the muffler has been removed and straight piped. Not really loud though. This dodge has the 727 auto transmission with 3.00 gears. It goes down the highway really nice. This is a nice combo because you can cruise nicely without an overdrive tranny. Overdrives are nice, but 727's are very tough and way cheaper to rebuild if ever necessary. No sensors and electronics either. The truck runs/drives/stops perfectly. Always starts. No blue smoke at all. No leaks. No knocks or any noises that are abnormal. This is as nice of a first generation dodge as you'll probably find. The 4x4 works as it should. Brakes work fine. Parking brake works. Trailer controller works. Mechanically excellent. BODY The body is exceptional. There is no rust-through anywhere. No dents. Paint has chipped off and has surface rust under the taillights but no rust through. Silver paint has usual dodge chipping but red paint is nice. I would personally just have the silver redone and it will look really nice. Hubcaps and wheels are original. Glass is nice. Hood and doors open/close as they should. No sign of any damage repair ever. INTERIOR The interior is very nice and has been babied. Seat is in great shape. Door panels are nice. Dash and gauge area is nice. Radio doesn't always work. Carpet is nice. Headliner has come loose in the rear corners at some point and was re-glued to stay up. Nothing major. The interior is as close to perfect as your normally going to find in a 1991 truck. This clearly was not a work vehicle. Locks and windows work fine and window motors aren't weak. Overall, this is a really nice truck especially being 22 years old. Most first generation cummins were rode hard and put away wet. I would trust this to drive anywhere.
