I'm not a dealer that bought some junk at an auction and is looking to flip it on ebay. I'd like to find someone that can appreciates this unique wagon. I have owned it for over 3 years and have babied and taken care of it. You are bidding on a BMW M Series Sport Touring Wagon which is the ultimate option instead of an SUV. It provides sport car like qualities with great performance and handling. This 2001 has all the options available including, cd player, navigation, heated seats, M series sport steering wheel, power extendable leg seat, power tilt wheel, Xenon headlights, driving lights, air bags, M mats. This 540i V8 is in excellent mechanical condition with responsive smooth power. The sport touring handling package makes for a great multi-purpose automobile. Overall Condition: This is a great previously owned vehicle. This is a smoke-free automobile. There is no damage evident on this vehicle. This has been a garage kept vehicle. The engine on this vehicle is in perfect running order. This vehicle has no known defects except for the traction control light explained below. The mileage represented on this vehicle is accurate. There are no noticeable dings on the exterior of this vehicle. This vehicle has a smooth shifting transmission. All power equipment is functioning properly. The exterior of this vehicle is extra clean. Extra clean interior. Absolutely no rips, odors or abuse. The tires on this vehicle appear to have no wear at all.Recent Maintenance: I have recently installed new drilled and slotted brake rotors and pads (within the last 5k miles) We had the water pump, expansion tank and coolant fluids changed We had a new serpentine belts, new valve cover gaskets and spark plugs installed. The Lower A-arms/bushings were replaced about a year ago. The battery is brand new, just recently installed. Included are two new extra BMW sport wheels and tires ( you can remove the snow tires with rims), It has the complete owners manuals and extra keys. The car has been maintained by a local BMW/Mercedes Benz shop with synthetic oil changes every 5k miles. As noted above, the yellow traction control light is on, and will not reset. I like driving without the traction control being turned on, so it was never a problem for meThe Top Five Sport Wagons Sport wagons are really unique automobiles and once you own a sport wagon and experience the flexibility , handling and ease of driving /parking, you become hooked. Audi, Mercedes, Volvo, VW, all make a nice sport wagon but, our BMW M 540i Sport is nicer and has set the bar for the others to reach. Video (walk around) ... This is our 2001 BMW M Series Sport Touring Wagon and I've created this listing. I'm not a dealer that bought some junk at an auction and is looking to flip it on ebay. I'd like to find someone that can appreciates this unique wagon. I have owned it for over 3 years and have babied and taken care of it.

You are bidding on a BMW M Series Sport Touring Wagon which is the ultimate option instead of an SUV. It provides sport car like qualities with great performance and handling. This 2001 has all the options available including, cd player, navigation, heated seats, M series sport steering wheel, power extendable leg seat, power tilt wheel, Xenon headlights, driving lights, air bags, M mats.

This 540i V8 is in excellent mechanical condition with responsive smooth power. The sport touring handling package makes for a great multi-purpose automobile.

Recent Maintenance:

• I have recently installed new drilled and slotted brake rotors and pads (within the last 5k miles)

• We had the water pump, expansion tank and coolant fluids changed

• We had a new serpentine belts, new valve cover gaskets and spark plugs installed.

• The Lower A-arms/bushings were

  replaced about a year ago.

• The battery is brand new, just recently installed.

• Included are two new extra BMW sport wheels and tires ( you can remove the snow tires with rims),

• It has the complete owners manuals and extra keys.

• The car has been maintained by a local BMW/Mercedes Benz shop with synthetic oil changes every 5k miles.

• As noted above, the yellow traction control light is on, and will not reset. I like driving without the traction control being turned on, so it was never a problem for me
