This ATC appears to have the original tires. I have been able to start it but it does not stay running. It doesn't smoke when running. I haven't checked the spark plug or pulled off the carb. My guess is the carb just needs a need a good cleaning or rebuild. The previous owner's kid decided it needed a paint touch up so you will see a mismatch color of blue on it. Very little rust on this machine. I also have the side mirror, an optional luggage rack, original owners manual, and some various spare parts. Bike looks complete to me and is a nice candidate for a restore project. Please contact me with any questions. I'm willing to work with a shipper but will not pay for shipping. As is. No refunds.
