Vehicle Detail

www.youtube.com/watch?=FsuXhHmUCWo Here is my 1972 K5 blazer. I'm selling because I haven't driven it in awhile and the wife wants room in the garage for her new 2013 Honda Odyssey. Why I'm not sure maybe because she's trying to kill my dreams of building my dream truck. Anyways this truck is in fair shape for its age. I've seen blazers of this body style sell for up to 17,000 - 30,000 on Ebay in almost showroom condition in my opinion . However I've seen others sell for twelve to thirteen thousand with some quick patch panels from LMCTRUCKS.COM and a thousand dollar paint job and that's ok if your flipping cars . My intent was to keep it and build my dream truck . Now with this 500 dollar Honda payment I don't see it happing for another 5 years now . With that being said here is what I got . It's a solid frame to start out with a Manual shift that was hard for me to find. Edelbrock intake manifold, carburetor, and chrome valve covers, New tires, hardtop is in ok shape from what others I've seen out there it is missing one latch arm on the passenger side but still opens and closes good, all glass is good, 4x4 works, all turn signals and headlights are in good working order . Has the front bucket seats with the rear bench seat still in it. The worst part of this truck is the rear quarter panels. The last owner used body filler on them so it will need rear quarters ( UPDATE ! ! ) Southern Kentucky Classics (sokyclassics.com) Has just offered a complete bolt on bedside and floor Coming this spring ! I read this in truckin magazine . WoW ! Its about time someone made these parts available unless you want to deal with the cutting and preparing of the patch panels. It just got a whole lot easier witch makes me more sick that I can't keep the truck. However the rocker panels look ok and have been replaced in the past. Cleaning up the interior +complete tune-up plugs wires distributor cap oil change etc so it can be driven while you work on it . It does start and run ! I've got the reserve set low because it needs the TLC put in. If your just looking to drive a cool classic around town this also would be nice truck to have. Even in the condition it's in people say to me "Cool truck haven't seen one of those in awhile" It is a rare truck that has a full convertible hardtop gets alot of attention and is getting harder to find ...Hope you will take care of it and enjoy it happy bidding ! ( THE RED BLAZER IN THE PHOTO WAS THE BLAZER I WANTED TO BUILD . IT WAS MY DREAM BLAZER. IT IS NOT THE ONE FOR THIS AUCTION . JUST THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE THAT PHOTO ;) PAYMENTS ( $500.00 dollar nonrefundable deposit due 24hours after auction endend ) Full payment required within 7 days of auction close. Shipping: Buyer responsible for vehicle pick-up or shipping. I will help with loading of truck with shipping company. Please do not bid if you don't have the funds available. I will report non-paying bidders to Ebay !
