Rare '66 Dodge Monaco Convertible Needs work, TLC. See photos for current condition. Also at end of photos is a picture of another '66 Dodge Monaco Convertible that is in excellent condition (but not for sale here) so you can see what it looks like restored. Has the correct Canadian Plymouth Sport Fury interior and dash board The 1966 Monaco 500 was not offered in convertible form in the USA, only in Canada. So it's unique in that respect and somewhat rare. 383 Engine with double exhaust. Engine was diagnosed with broken piston in one cylinder so engine needs to be rebuilt or replaced. Inside is in very good condition - i.e. intact - needs a good dusting and mildew wipe down. Dash was protected all these years with the full window sun visor. I can't photograph the underside but it is rusted. The trunk has a dent in the trunk lid and the lock is missing - the trunk is openable with a long flat head screw driver. Not been driven for 6 years now. Tires are flat. Hole in convertible roof. Motorized roof.Mileage on odometer shows 35,659.1. VIN DP27C69288067Sold As Is.
