Same owner since 1985, extensive mechanical work done since the car was bought. Engine has been rebuilt twice, with the most recent rebuild occurring five years ago. Transmission was rebuilt in 1986. Also some work has been done to the frame over the years; both the body and frame are straight. Strong running engine and smooth shifting transmission. Great driving car, or a great base for a show car with some TLC. Side exhausts are not original to the car but were a popular aftermarket add-on back in the day and they make the car sound great. Riverside red is not the original color, code shows the original color to be either Silver Blue or Daytona blue. Currently the car needs a fresh coat of paint as there are some blemishes, scratches and swirls on various parts of the car. Seats are from a 1965 model year corvette sting ray and show some signs of wear including small tears in both the drivers and passengers seats. All other interior pieces are original to the car and show the expected patina from 48 years of use. Mileage shows 93711 on the clock, but the odometer no longer functions. As this car is almost fifty years old there is no warranty expressed or implied. Car is local pick up in Columbus, Ohio, but the seller is willing to help with shipping arrangements, at the buyer’s expense.
