1971 Ford LTD Country Squire Station Wagon This station wagon is a “rare” find. It IS NOT PERFECT, however, it is “unrestored” and it is a 42 year old “DRIVER” (SURVIVOR). We purchased the wagon from an 82 year old man. He owned it for 25 years and never knew there were seats in the way back. From what I understand, the car is in it's original factory condition, besides the upgrade in the wheel's. This Wagon needs some TLC and is by no means "BEAUTIFUL", however, it has so much possibility and potential. This IS the REAL FAMILY TRUCKSTER... THIS WAGON FEATURES THE FOLLOWING: Miles: 121,XXX (ORIGINAL) Engine: 400 CU Wiring in good shape; has not been cut up, new Spark Plugs, Points, and Carburetor has been gone through. We also have original Auto Manual. Transmission: Automatic Wheels/Tires: Old School Torque Thrust / At approximately 60% Tread. We have the 4 ORIGINAL Hub Caps. One cap has a few small dents. (See pictures) Alternator: 1 Wire 6m Interior: - BLACK Interior. Front and middle black leather bench seats in immaculate condition. Rear seats are Black Leather Dual Facing.- All Seat Belts are in good working condition. - Carpets have some good wear in the front seat (holes). Front carpet needs replaced. Carpet in middle seat should be ok with a good vacuum and detail. The flooring cover under the very rear seats appears to be like a rubber mat (removable) and can be easily cleaned. Should not need replaced.- The ceiling fabric is in good condition and nice and tight.- Heater works great. Air Condition was removed. Dash is in great shape. Original AM Radio. ** Gas Gauge DOES NOT work but may be an easy fix. ** Clock DOES NOT work but may be an easy fix. ** Lighter is missing ** Have Rear View Mirror, but it needs replaced. Exterior: - BURGUNDY/WINE colored Exterior?? - The wood paneling (not real wood) throughout need some TLC. Looks very faded in spots with not much wear in others. The trim all the way around appears to have some sort of “cream” colored layer over it. Otherwise, it appears to be “chrome” trim underneath. - There are several small nicks and dings in the exterior of the vehicle. I tried to take a ton of pictures to show most everything I visible to the eye. I believe most of the dings/dents in this car could probably be easy to pop out without additional body work. The body is actually really straight besides the few dings/nicks/scratches/dents that you can see or that I have listed. There truly is nothing major.- Both front and rear bumpers appear to be in “good” condition; with the underbody of the car having very “minimal” rust. Car is also set-up with a trailer hitch making it the REAL FAMILY TRUCKSTER. - Glass: All glass is “good” in the car. All windows roll up and down. Rear window is “electric” and works properly also. ** Missing side Marker Light ** Missing Drivers side front Stainless by Headlight ** Miscellaneous Dings in Stainless ** Gas tank has been welded and cleaned. No issues. Vehicle runs and drives out great. Very smooth ride. Goes very fast too. Vehicle is being auctioned “AS-IS” with NO WARRANTY IMPLIED OR STATED. I do have a CLEAR title to this vehicle.
