I purchased this car from my Buddys wife in January 2013 whom was the original owner of this car for a surprise for my wife to drive this summer, well to my surprise my wife does not like it so I'm selling it to buy what SHE wants......LOL This car is in unbelevible condition, I would have to say it may be one of the nicest original and lowest original 6,400 mileage Cameros in existance of this vintage, per the original owner she told me she never even drove it in the rain. She bought it in March of 1987, it went straight home into a garage and covered with a California car cover, which will be include with the car. It has only been driven occasionally on nice summer days for the first couple years than stored away till I purchased it. The only thing I did to it is install a new battery as well as the hood and rear glass gas lift struts, which are known to loose 3-4 % of there charge a year. They were weak so I replaced them, other than that everything else is original per the original owner. The car has power steering, power brakes, air conditioning, tilt wheel and a AM-FM stereo, rear window defroster. The exterior looks like the day it left the show room, there are two very small dings one in the front of the hood which I took a picture of and it's in the photos and one in the passenger door which is so small I could not get it to show up on a picture. But I wanted to state them so you knew, other than that I could not find any damage. I have had the paintless dent repair guys fix simular dings in my truck and it would cost around $100 to take them out. The body would then be perfect ( in my opinion ). All glass, tailight lens, carpet, seats, wheels, bumpers, etc, is in excellent condition........ Still drives like a new car ! There is a very fair reserve set and there is no buy it now price ! Please ask all questions before bidding, and PLEASE !!!! Do not bid if you are not serious, please make sure your funds are also in order BEFORE BIDDING........Sorry I have to mention that but this has happened to me here before.
