This truck is allmost all original. I have owned this truck since 10/09/1975 when my father and I bought it from a friend in Houghton county, that is approx. five hundred miles North East of Saginaw,Michigan and it has been garaged and used at our hunting cabin for hauling firewood to our cabin on 160 acres since 1975 untill I had it trailed to Mayville in 2009, now it sits outside.When we bought it, it had a snow plow assembly on it and I took it off so the truck would fit in the garage, it has long since vanished. We did licence it for the seasons 1975,1976, and 1977 September thru November,and then dad bought a new 4wd truck and it was semi retired and unlicened. It does run and drive but does not have any brakes now ! ! Also as I drove it across my hay field this morning the speedometer quit ! Now to the truck.The 4 wheel drive script ,passenger side, is with the sale,not on the hood,see pictures. drivers side is lost. No working brakes or speedometer. I have not tried the wipers,lights or heater fan. The heater core leaks so I plugged the lines so I could operiate the truck. Rust at drivers door post and area, see pictures. various other rust starting. The truck bed holds water, picture taken after rain shows that.The door windows are broken,passenger side has plexi window. The windshield has a crack across it.The rear window looks good.The steering is sloppy, needs a bushing kit put in the bell crank, most do.. It has a 1965 ford radio in the dash, I do not know if it works. The Jeep Tornado 230 runs great, no smoke or knocks, has usual Tornado cam lifter tap. Shifts good, I have not used the fwd here,but it worked good last used in 2008.I have a hose directly connected to the fuel pump and use a gas can strapped to the front bumper, the gas tank is stil in the truck but I do not like using old fuel.. The side post batterie in it goes with it to help in loading/unloading.The spare tire still has the chalk writing of the cost to repair it many years ago. This is an as is, where is sale. Delivery is available on a trailer for a price. I will try to answer all questions and I can Email more pictures.
