This is a stock, un- modified 1996 Chevy Impala SS. LT1 motor, a very desireable, collectable automobile. But you already know that, that's why you're interested in it. This one has a very shiny, black exterior which shows no flaws. The interior is clean and odor-free, as you would expect from a non-smoking adult owner. The driver's seat has some minor wear, all other seats are in excellent shape (I currently have seat covers on the front seats, just to avoid any further wear). Every feature works including the A/C, power door locks, windows, seats, antenna, AM/FM Cassette. New Kumho all season tires, only 117,980 miles. This car has been driven, not abused and is overall VG condition. It is my belief that this is one of a very few in this price range that are in such solid condition. I am the third owner; I did know the second and he took very good care of this car. The VIN check shows a reported accident in the 90's; I did not own the car then and have no information on it. I can tell you that the car shows no signs of any damage or unusual wear. This is not a flood victim, a repo, or some pieced together clone or clown-car. This is an authentic Impala SS from the last year that it was produced (floor shifter model). I am asking a reasonable price for this vehicle; well below what the KBB or Edmunds suggest. This is because I am looking to move her so that I can clear some room in the garage for my other endeavors. The engine is all stock, with the exception of the new radiator/battery, and that the "home plate" was removed from the intake system by a previous owner (I believe that there was a cold air intake on at one point, and then removed, thus the lack of the home plate; I did not do any of that work, and it has no adverse effect on the motor). The engine runs very strong with no knocks, leaks or problems. The trunk is clean, and the mats inside of the trunk are the original floor mats for the interior (which are not being used, heavy all season black rubber replaced them). Thank you.
