FOR SALE, 1950 Desoto Custom Club Coupe Deluxe, in rough shape, I have come to the conclusion I have neither the time or money to rebuild. So hoping to save it from going to the scrap yard. Engine is removed, my step sister thought it was an automatic and did 80 in first before a rod came out the side of the engine! We have had this in our family since at least 1974, I have a working engine and transmission, at least that's what was told to me by a Desoto club member when I bought it. Will need to be flat bedded to it's new home. Engine has S11 and 53094 on the side and 1120805-1 on the head cover. I have no title, and hasn't been on road since 1974.
