Thank you for looking at this beautiful 2005 Dodge Ram 3500. This dodge was recently traded-in in Florida for a newer dodge. I personally flew in Florida and bought this truck and drove it back to CT. The truck has been in Florida its entire life thus why it is so clean and of course rust free. I personally put about 600 miles in Daytona/Orlando and another 1,200 miles driving it back to CT so roughly about 1800 miles all together. The truck drove like new. Not to exaggerate it but it really does drive like brand new. If you look at it, drive it, you will never believe it has over 200-k miles. The 5.9L Cummins Turbo DIESEL motor starts right up each time with easy. The motor sounds super healthy and solid with a lot of power and torque. The truck does not smoke at all and there is absolutely no blow by. The automatic transmission shifts good thru out all the gears and the 4WD engages in and out from a push of a button. I was getting roughly 20 mpg doing 80 mph and that is thanks to the bank goodies that the truck has. The truck has little tasteful mods that give the truck a better performance and a lot higher mpg. If babied you will get around 24-26 mpg. The mods are: banks high ram intake,Banks Ram-Air Intake System and Banks Bullet Tuner. Three power levels: STOCK, TOW, SPORT. TOW adds about 30 hp; SPORT adds about 60 hp. Power adjustable on-the-fly. 40-60 more hp, 130-140 more lb-ft at same EGT than a tuner alone! The outside body of the truck looks good. For its mileage you might some some nicks and marks but nothing major nothing crazy. Like I said earlier there is no rust at all and no rot at all. I took the pictures of the outside body while I was in FL. All 6 tires are in good shape with plenty of tread remaining on them. The interior is in good shape, the seats are leather heated and the middle suede keep you nice and comfortable. The interior has the Laramie trim so you have all the options inside including NAVIGATION (disc is missing). The truck drives very nice down the road. The front end is super-tight and the truck drives straight down the road like a bullet and it does not pull. The brakes are firm and the rotors do not pulsate. All and all this is an excellent running Cummins that has not seen snow and that has been very well maintained and taken care of.
