This 355 had a rebuilt florida title when I purchased it not salvaged. I titled it in new jersey with no problem. In new jersey we do not have rebuilt titles so its now considered salvaged. Check with your states requirements first as your state may be different. So basically this Ferrari has 33k miles engine runs good. The 30k service was performed by previous owner timing belt , water pump, plugs, wires and fluids replaced. The engine compression was checked all cylinder at 175 or higher leak down was 6 percent or less.The service cost was over 10k and was performed 7/2011 I have the receipt . A short time after i bought it the top stopped working. While trying to figure it out I managed to break the top switch and lock handle. I was able to get it to close and I decided to leave it. The top motor makes noise so I don't think its the motor. The driver side seat does not work but I was ok with it because the position was perfect for me. Besides that some minor paint chips not bad in my opinion and the top canvas has some wear but didn't leak when i got caught in a storm. Also I has a video of engine running if anyone would like to hear it I can send it via email. Also this vehicle is being sold as is no warranty.
