This breathtaking 2002 Suzuki Hayabusa was bought by a lifelong friend of mine in Nov. 2002. at Tampa PowerSports and started life as a two-tone silver and gray Hayabusa. Over the years my friend has added many upgrades to make it look and perform better. It is a show winning bike and has always been cared for and professionally maintained by Donny Wright of Dynoworks in Sarasota Florida. Shortly after purchase, he upgraded to chrome wheels, added a power commander and a Yoshimura exhaust. In 2005, the transmission was completely rebuilt with all gears backcut to ensure trouble free operation without any grinding that busas are known for. In 2008 the bike was disassembled and completely repainted with PPG Pearl White w/large green metal flakes followed by 2 coats of clear coat, then an airbrush artist used it as a blank canvas and painted dragons down the sides, flames on the front, and some eye candy in the form of a female dragon slayer. It was then treated to 3 more coats of the most expensive PPG clearcoat with high UV resistance. Many of the plastics were painted to match. It has won best paint in several bike shows and he can't ride or park it anywhere without someone taking pictures of it. It is a very unique paint job, there is nothing like it anywhere. It also has green LEDS, Hayabusa signal mirrors with green lights, custom undertail, HID headlight for low and high beam, and custom silver seat upholstery (rear saddle included). The tires are in great condition. It has always had synthetic fluids and been garage kept. It does have some signs of use and the chrome wheels are a getting a little blemished. It has not been ridden much in the past year, it will need the fork seals replaced and front brake pads pretty soon. If you have any questions, you can call my friend Richard at 941-932-2057.
